What do I do if my Pretty Posh Pen runs out of ink?

Answer: Log into our website and  order an ink cartridge.  Refer to the video link for instructions on how to replace the ink cartridge.

How do I protect my pen from normal wear and tear?

Answer: We suggest to keep your pen looking "Posh" when not in use,  keep it in the protective pen pouch that was sent with your order.

What happens if my beads shift overtime with  use?

Answer: Some beads may wiggle or shift, if so, simply gently remove the cap, rearrange them, and secure the cap. Please exercise caution, loose beads can be a choking hazard for small children.

Can I purchase an order of pens with a  customized color or design/theme?
